For products under warranty:
Warranty is only for products with a warranty tag + specific warranty period on the website.
The warranty stamp affixed to the product must be intact, with no signs of erasure or tearing.
The product must be within the warranty period from the date of purchase recorded on the warranty stamp.
The product is only warranted if the product defect arises from a technical error of the manufacturer. For user errors, Luxas will check and fix them if possible. Luxas will notify you of the fee and will make repairs if you agree.
For products not included in the warranty list:
Luxas technicians will check the product before delivering it to the customer. You can watch the technician inspect the goods or check with the technician if you have specific requirements about that product.
Once you have confirmed that the product is working properly and agreed to receive the goods, Luxas will not accept complaints or requests to return goods due to product damage during use.
For products that technicians cannot test, you can test them yourself on-site or accept the risk if errors arise after agreeing to purchase.
