Luxas supports exchanging goods within 24 hours after the customer receives the goods in the following cases:

The product must be 100% new, with packaging intact.

The product is not the correct type and design as the customer ordered.

Not enough quantity, not enough sets of goods as specified in the order.

Not up to quality such as expired, inoperable, objective damage within the manufacturer’s warranty scope.

When detecting one of the above cases, customers can talk directly to the delivery staff or respond to Thegioiic within 24 hours via hotline 0937.511.617 or text Zalo 0937.511.617.

Luxas does not support exchange in the following cases:

Wire and paste components (SMD)

Components that Luxas cannot test but the customer agrees to buy and accept the risk.

Small orders, many items, low value.

Customers themselves affect the external conditions such as tearing the manufacturer’s packaging, peeling, breaking…

Operating and storing incorrectly as directed will cause damage to the goods.

The customer has checked and confirmed the status of the goods but has not responded within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Note:

If the product is not subject to return conditions and is not subject to refusal of return but the customer still wants to return the product, Luxas will charge the following fee:

Exchange: Luxas deducts a fee of 10% of the product value.

Returns: Luxas deducts a fee of 15% of the product value.
